Thanks for your order. The policy for online order as follows：

1.Shipment

Order will be shipped in 3 days after payment received , normally 1-2days if the goods in stock. We will ship it by DHL or UPS depend on different countries. It takes 3-5 days to USA and Euro also for most Asian countries by DHL, but takes more days to Africa and other countries. For order less than 200USD, you also can choose POST as shipping method, it takes 10-30days to USA/Euro, which takes less shipping cost.

2.Warranty

We provide one year warranty for all our products. More than one year, you may need to pay for return shipment.

3.Package

All our packing will be in good condition. We are responsible for any damage during shipping. We will refund or re-send the goods according different condition.

4. After-sales

We offer 12/7 online service. For more details, please feel free to contact us. If email to us, we should reply in 7H at work day.

5. Software update 

For most launch diagnostic tool, the machine able to update for free for one or two years by one-button.  After that, we help you update by sending TF card or by sending software online after you paid certain amount of money. This policy also available for other diagnostic tool.
